The real estate industry can seem to be pretty sterile. Our main priority with updating the brand collateral for the Brownlee Team was to take a pre-existing brand and elevate it to something more sleek and modern. Our goal was to create something that would stand out from our client’s competitors. We started by creating an organic logo that puts an emphasis on the “B” of the Brownlee name. This watermark style “B” brings the feeling of sophistication to the name that can be used as a logo lock-up or a stand-alone icon. This design created a fluidity which we were then able to translate through assets such as signage, stationery, and more.
