After a 3-month collaboration review to ensure accuracy, voice and creative capabilities, iQor decided to increase their contract to fully cover their social media and reputation management needs with additional support in creative.
Global Coverage
Since the inception of our relationship with iQor, BKN has taken on additional social accounts in Trinidad, India and Colombia. Not only do we manage their platforms, we also ideate content based on our strategy, craft messaging in multiple languages, we also craft the creative. We have continuously focused on consistent branding, elevated messaging, and much more. Due to our efforts we have seen significant increases in their organic reach.
Reputation Management
One of the best qualities of our agency, is our ability to craft eloquent messaging. This comes in handy when responding to employer reviews. Our CEO always says, “respond with a smile.” And that’s exactly what we do when handling responses on our clients behalf. BKN was lucky enough to be asked to handle all Indeed and Glassdoor reviews for our client, iQor. As such, we have successfully worked to raise their ratings on both platforms by responding to all reviews.
