Building the branding for a residential property can be quite daunting. It’s important to choose a name that resonates with the local community, select branding that speaks to your target audience, and develop marketing strategies that differentiate you from competitors. When Trilogy Residential contracted BKN Creative to assist with their upcoming multi-family residential property, we were excited to get started. 

Brand Name Ideation

Our first task was brand name ideation, and our team immersed ourselves in researching the local community to explore potential name variations. Inspired by the strawberry fields surrounding the property, we aimed to reflect a sense of community in the name. Ultimately, we landed on “The Albion,” named after a specific type of strawberry.

Branding

Once the name was established, the next step was designing the logo. Collaborating closely with the Trilogy team, we aimed to craft a luxury residential logo that perfectly conveyed the property’s upscale charm while incorporating a touch of playfulness. By integrating key brand elements, we developed a unique pattern inspired by the logo’s icon. Ultimately, we created a striking branding set that truly distinguishes them from their competitors.

Social Media

Next on the list was to dive headfirst into an electrifying social media strategy for The Albion team. Our mission? To craft an engaging plan that shines during both pre-leasing and leasing phases. With a passion for showcasing the vibrant community, we identified dynamic target audiences, brainstormed captivating sample posts, and designed an action-packed content calendar. Plus, we created stunning sample designs to ensure The Albion team is fully equipped to make a splash online! Let’s get ready to captivate and connect!
